Our Child-Centred Approach
Children communicate and process experiences in different ways. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age, strengths, interests, communication style and needs. Approaches may include therapeutic conversation, play-based and creative activities, emotional-awareness activities and therapeutic clay.
Parent and Caregiver Involvement
Parents and caregivers play an important role in a child’s wellbeing. Depending on the child’s needs, therapy may include parent consultations, shared sessions or practical strategies to support connection and emotional development at home.
